Fertility treatment becomes all invasive when trying to conceive and attending a clinic. So it is essential that family and friends are aware of this to some level, so that you can be supported and receive the compassion needed for both family and social events and when you have received bad news.
Sharing with a small group of family and friends means that you can expand your support network , outside of your partner.
